In November 2009, we held a Special Edition of the Front Page Awards to present our inaugural Reporter of the Year Award to CNN’s chief international correspondent Christiane Amanpour, and our inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award to White House correspondent and Hearst columnist Helen Thomas.
